"We are a small business that doesn’t have a full-time IT staff person, but maintenance and updates for a LAN and IT system requires full time knowledge of all the changes that happen every day to these technical needs. When we met Kim Bergman with First Equipment Company and learned of their services it seemed an appropriate fit between their “back office services” and our IT office needs. The staff of First Equipment have all been very responsive when troubleshooting “dying laptops”, internet disruptions, etc., and supporting WBCS as customers who ”know enough to be dangerous”!"
